Certification tracking software for trades and transport. It keeps every ticket, forklift, first aid, fall protection, driver abstract, on the employee record, with the training that renews it in the same system.
One product at a time, built properly, sold to people we can actually support. Cadre is what we are shipping now. If a second one earns its place it will be here too, and it will have come from the same thing that produced this one: watching a real company do a job badly with the tools it had.
You deal with the person who writes the software. That is a genuine limit on how many customers we can take, and it is also why the product fits the way these businesses run rather than the way a category is supposed to work.
We publish a working demo of everything we sell, with nothing held back behind a sales process. It is the fastest honest answer to "is this any good", and it is the only kind of proof a company our size has earned the right to offer.
